there is g that is on steroids i guess, cuz u can get 108mpbs

Yes, that's as fast as the plug in board in your router allows. You might get a little faster by turning off the security protocol but that is not advised.

i think youl find that:
802.11a is 108Mbits/Sec
802.11g is 54Mbits/Sec
802.11b is 11Mbits/Sec
