Slow updates

Is it just me or is anyone else finding that updating on the forums (specificly the name of the last person to post) are taking ages?

See these threads to see what i mean.

Dam they seem to have updates now... am i cracking up??

I think it must jst be the proxy that i route through here... not to worry but have to press f5 all the time !
