Skinning Internet Explorer?

I've been playing with Maxthon browser, its alright but there are a few quirks I don't care for. One of the things I did love was the skinning option, I found an iMac skin that was great.

Anyway to hack into IE to change around the appearance? I'm getting tired of looking a the same icons.

I'm not sure about IE exclusively, but I have used Avant Browser (http://www.avantbrowser.com) which does have skinning ability. Note: It is not a seperate browser, more of a plug-in for IE.
