simple question

Yer, I'm keeping you busy, eh? Just another simple question that I think can be resolved by iframes, but not totally sure how to do it in this case...

Now, my question. Go to my "Make A Comment" page on my blog site here and you will see the image on the left become have way down the page due to the long full story news entry on the news script I'm using. How can I make a frame in just that one cell that contains the

 $static = TRUE;
 $template = "Headlines";
 include("news/show_news.php");

 $number = "1";
 include("news/show_news.php");
?>

php includes code to avoid these image errors that appear at random? Thanks
