no just a blue screen comes just before my system finishes shutting down ...

try checking ur ram. could be bad i used to get that same error till i switched ram then i never got it again

Do you have a Soundblaster card? If so, update your drivers at creative.com (NOT the ones Microsoft gives out, those are buggy)

i have creative SB Live! Value ... didn't find any new drivers ...

as far as I can tell most of your unsigned drivers are nVidia graphics card ones.

Theres a few at the bottom which I am not sure about though

i thought i should let you guyz know as you all helped in this problem ... i had InCD software and i installed it and fixed the issue ... dunno how but it did fix it ... thanks everyone ...
