Shutdown Schedule

Can you schedule your computer for an automatic shutdown....I want to ba able to do a defrag before I go to bed, and when it is done the computer shuts down.....well not necessarily when the prog is done, just to when a time that I can assign....Is there a way of doing this???

um i want to know that too!! So now when i finish my iso downloading and kazaa downloading binges i can set my comp to sleep/shut down at a certain time.

I think that you can use scheduled taskes in control panel.....But you need a short cut to shutdown/stand by......Tweak XP gave me one for shut down, but I deleted it and I cant get it back

Schedule a task to run the following program when you want Windows to shutdown:

c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe
