Shutdown buttons gone?

I recently did some work on my home wireless network using XP Pro. Somewhere along the way I made an inadvertant change to the "Shut Down Windows" menu. I used to get the three colored buttons, Shut Down, Restart, Standby. Now I get a gray box with a pull-down menu where I can choose from the same three options, plus log off. Does anyone know how I might be able to retreive the buttons? Thanks.

I'm not sure exactly, but check in your User Account settings, and the settings in and around that. It's how windows works with turning users off.
