Shut Down Util Required

Does anyone have a small proggy they can post here which will speed up my shutdowns. Taking four mins at the moment but no other progs are running on shutdown except Incredimail. Or if you know of a tweak I would be pleased to have it. My machine is running like s**t since SP1.

Start-->run-->type regedit.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control.
Click on the "Control" Folder.
Select "WaitToKillServiceTimeout"
Right click on it and select Modify.
Set it to a value lower than 2000 like around 200 to 500
See if that helps you out.
As always when tweaking registry, make a backup of your registry setting in case you want to revert back.

If you are there in the registry anyway you could also check if you have 'clear pagefile at shutdown' enabled. This makes shutdown very slow.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
Select ClearPageFileAtShutdown from the list on the right.
Rightclick on it and select Modify.
Change the value to 0 to disable.
Reboot your computer.
