shortcuts toolbar program???

Does anyone knows about any app that I cand hide on the top of the screen (just line to see it and move the mouse over it to unhide it) where I can have shortcuts with groups, like for games, applications, utilities, etc...

But I want one that has great interface (not to "old") and if possible freeware.
Don't tell me about BeDeamon I already know that one.

But I dont' want a full suite of apps I just want a nice and good toolbar
