Shortcut to.....

i want to make a shortcut to log off and shut down..........where are these located and what are they called.......i know it can be done just didn't figure out how........someone please hook me up......thanks

okay i figured it out.........but......is there anyway to shortcut to the switch user so it doesn't log you off..........just switches the users.......

power toys does a VERY good job, with the windows key+q

WinKey + L sends you to the "Welcome" screen, and it doesnt logs you off.

You can try and use the Powershell tool posted on the news a few days ago.
