Well, as you've probably guessed this game doesn't work on XP either. Screen is so bad you can't even start a game!!!

I'm having to resort to creating a Win 98/ME partition on my hdd just so I can play this game..................gutted!!!

If anyone has had any success running this game under XP please let me know.

I have got Settlers 4 running ok. I installed the game and bingo, no compatability mode or anything. I don't think the graphics are as clear as I remember them in Win Me, but are certainly very playable.

I have all the options running in hardware mode at 1024x768

I don't know if this will help in anyway but it runs in Windows XP Home, on my machine.
