Setting default e mail to g mail

Is there a way to set my default e mail to g mail? internet options doesn't give that option. Would be nice tho. Does notifier do this?

Gmail Notifier can make Gmail your default mailto handler:

I do like to see they are working on multiple accounts for notifier!!
