system managed is fine.
if you want to set the initial minimum to 1.5, set the max to 4096.
do not make the intial minimum lower then 1.5.

yes, just let the system manage it, which will be 1.5 ram as the minimum.
defrag it, with this free pagefile deffrag program..., and forget it
