Serious Error Message ???

Hi,

Hope someone can help, for ages my pc's been fine i havent done anything different for a while, but when it starts i get a shutdown due to a serious error, and i usually have to reboot about 4 times for it to get to windows.

Once im in the error signature says.

I don't know what your spec's are but maybe this will help some KB# 318023 or 316424
