It sounds like he's narrating to a bunch of would be idiots. He makes it sound (with those annoying pauses) so, "You're a computer idiot . Let me explain it to you sloooowwwwwly". Bleh.

I think that's the idea really. Not to say most users are idiots, but the majority will need things explaining to them in this sort of manner.

Teleprompter.... I thought it was funny and entertaining. He made it out to be that only Vista could engine these wonderous things when its 3rd party software vendors.
