Security???

I have a problem...well, I guess we all do with Windows...
However, My drive is formatted as the NTFS filesystem, but, when I right click a folder to set permissions on it, there is no SECURITY tab and I can't set the permissions.
What could be the problem...Is there any way to fix it???

on XP Pro go to folder options and untick "use simple file sharing" you should then be able to see the tab

on XP Home read this
