Security Tab in XP

Where are the options is XP pro to allow certain users access to folders and drives, as in 2k I have an image for an example! Thanks for any assistance.

Open Windows Explorer.
Click Tools>Folder Options
Click the "View" tab
Scroll to the bottom and uncheck "Use Simple File Sharing"

Then right click the drive/folder you want to share, and u should see those same options.
