why I'm not allowed to post replies in the tech/security forum?
I logged out and in but it tells me I'm not allowed to post replies... I posted two msg in another forum couple of mins ago...

security forum is just too secure!!

And the reason is:

a) You have never posted outside of the problems & feedback forum, the only forum that allows users awaiting account verification to post.

b) You have recently changed your email and have not yet re-activated your account.
