When I try to "Search ..... Files and Folders" under Win XP nothing happens.
I click on search - it brings up the My computer window with the options down the left side.
If I click on Word or picture files it gives me the next window to enter the search criteria.
If I click on "Files and Folders", nothing happens.
The first time I noticed this I was connected to the internet, I run Zone Alarms Firewall. It asked me if I wanted the search to access the internet, I replied yes. then the toolbar at the bottom of windows went white and the icons changed.
I rebooted and the appearance went back to normal but, Search still does not work.
😕 Has any else had this experience????
