Hello can anyone tell me where I can find a free software program that actually takes stuff you delete off of your disk so it dosen't take up all that disk space?

The best i have ever used is bundled with a program called system mechanic.
It has a thing called the incinerator and it is like recycle bin, but completely removes the data and any trace of the data
