Searching for a internet bandwidth restrictor for a local network...

well...i have 2 pc's at home and my sister uses the other one...we r on a proxy sharing thing but i can't limit the amount of bandwidth she can use...because i'm on a 56k she can sometimes rape my connection dl all sorts of crap so i am really looking for a proggy which can restrict my other pc's bandwidth eg. give her 0.01k/sec to use ;]]

Any1 have anything for me??

If you are using Windows ICS you can't limit bandwidth. Although i believe 3rd party proxy software like WinGate can do that.

a 3rd party proggy is what i'm intersted in - i'l give wingate a try
