Search function HELP

Help I don't know what I did but now when ever I attempt a search for a file or folder Windows wants to connect to the net through my ISP. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

It happens to everyone, it must be they have created an engine ready to be adapted for this new MS search feature they are developing or something 🙁

I just thought it odd that I used it for months and suddenly it wants to connect to teh net.

Microsoft is playing tricks
