As a visually person, I used the Accessability Wizard. It automatically changes screen resolution to the lowest setting. I cannot override that setting using the Control Panel Display Appearance facilities. I've tried new Themes. Any ideas about regaining control of screen resolution?

Run the Accessiblity wizard again. During that process there's an option to switch to lower screen resolution. This time when you run it, don't enable it. That should give you access to resolution settings in Display Properties.

why have to bother to go to the Accessery Wizard thingy,
try this , right click on the Dektop and click on Setting tab.
and set your resolution that you want to be. and click
apply and the ok. 🙂
