saving correctly?

From time to time my mother gets jokes sent to her via e-mail, containing both text & background music, she wants to save the joke on a floppy disc .the problem is often times the text saves but the music accompanying it doesn’t save, is there some trick to getting the music to save also?

Try saving it as an attachment.

You might try setting Word as mail editor, I think you can then save the e-mail as either doc or html. I'd recommend saving it to CD though, there's not much that'll fit on a floppy...
