Save my Red Face Win2k login

Whilst trying to connect a laptop to a Win2k workstation I used System to Change from Domain Login to a Workgroup Login and now I cannot login at all! Machine is using CTL, ALT, DEL to Login
Any Suggestions

I might have misunderstood your question, but why can't you use the local Administrator account to login?.
The login won't require authentication by another server/PC, so it should give you full access.

I do not have access to Admin Passwords and am trying to avoid confessing to the System Administrator.

Confessed and had password reset but still need to know what is best way to connect a laptop temporarily to a Domain
