Save as option in IE6 disappeared?

When i click on a download in IE6, the save as box does not appear (it just starts downloading to a temp directory) Yes i know i can right click, but on some downloads this is not an option.
Any ideas ?

Go to folderoptions (either tools in Windows Explorer or from controlpanel), filetypes, find the suffix of the file you want to download, click advanced and check 'confirm open after download'. Hope this will do it.

Worth a try:

1) Empty Temporary Internet Folder
2) Internet Options - Programs - Reset Web Settings
