San Andreas Problem???

I am having GYNOURMUS san andreas problems like when i start it i click new game it goes to the whole video thingy and then goes to windows and says "gtasa.exe has encountered a problem and must terminate"

THIS IS NOT A PIRATED EDITION IT iS OFFICiAL JENUINE

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
