Samsung X830 phone help

how do i transfer music from my PC to my samsung X830 phones, i ahve installed the software and everything. it wont open up the synch or the transfer files icon. it wont open up. it pop up a screen saying that communicaton is only possible with the music in the managers features

you should check with manage files .. My E900 works great .

thx, BTW do u know what kind of picture format it require or its size that will works for the wallpaper? i know yours is an e900 but am talking about the x830
