Samsung CR-RW?

Does anyone have any opinions about Samsung CD-RW drives. I was thinking about getting a 32x...

Yeah it does. I didn't even know that anyone still made a burner without burnproof. What I'm kinda looking for is if anyone knows if Samsung makes their own drives, or do they just slap a faceplate on someone elses drives etc?

as far as I know samsung makes their own, and actually make CDRW for other companies also.

Creative is one that I know about, or they used too.
