S.O.F 2 Help

I have been playing soldier of fortune and am stuck on the streets
Level.I went up one building and walked across the sign that says HERE & NOW and jumped to the next building.But i am stuck in that building where do i go from there.

I haven't played this game for a while, but I vaguely remember that you had to navigate over the streets to access another street that was cut off by something... so look down and see if there is an area that is sealed off...

There are 2 cars that block the street every time i try to get passed them i die.
