How can I keep the entries I entered in the run box from being cleared on every reboot?

Download TweakUI for Windows XP, here you go:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

It has lot of options you can have fun with, including clearing your run history.

Edit: Oops, I misread your post, but on the other hand, with TweakUI you can make sure the history is not cleared!!!

If the entries are being removed on every reboot you must already have a tweak program set to do it because normally those entries remain.

no tweak program ,all manual.

Then you're back to tweak UI to return it to "normal". You might be able to do it with XP power tools too. I'll go check.
