run a program in the background

OS: win2k
prog: lockports

let's say i wanted to run lockports in the background, lockports

or is there any other way to disable internet?

we use common machine with a generic login
but the internet is on and they just put alot of garbage cookies in the pc
any work around it? with out having our IT to set anything?

Wow. THat is a good question. I don't understood what the lock is maybe you could devide it in to fours and double the fraction.

Not sure what you're asking (as bicycle Bill so aptly implies) but you could try running "lockports" as a service.

How's that for an answer?
