RTCW..failing to remember CD-KEY

Hi,

This weekend gone I had my 1st go at on-line RTCW (Return To Castle Wolfenstien) gaming.

😀 I gotta say what a completly brilliant, fantastic, excellent, dogs bollerics game!! I love it, the on-line gaming is , well I just cant get enough!! lol

Anyways.. I installed the 1.1 patch, but sometimes after gaming for afew hours, when i change to another games server I get a message my CD-KEY is invalid. After checking and using the VERIFY button, all is OK, UNTIL I go to logon to a server , when i get a message saying CD-KEY invalid!!..😡

But everytime I check the CD-KEY its OK????????

If you're getting the invalid CD-Key Problem just edit the file

rtcwkey

in the main folder with your REAL cd key. then mark it a read only, dont put in the hyphens -..

then it will work!"
