Rrefresh rate Fix didn´t work!!!

ok....i had installed nVidia driver 28.32 and then i downloaded and installed the Refresh rate fix but it appears that can´t do what is supposed to do........take a look

Exactly the same here, with a Geforce TI 200. I downloaded the latest list, but no effect.

Download the drivers from the front page, that should work.

yep.....that worked just fine.......but i easy question about Refresh rate......the less the better or more the better??........cause i doubt of it when in comes to the desktop wizard in Nvidia......
