I have the basic version, and it gives me a lot of errors lately when burning CDs...is there anything that can cause that? It's always an error...I've used about 40 cds....for one playlist...Please help!

make sure you have the latest patches from Roxio - and if you're on XP log in as administrator to patch it best. Also maybe your CDRW could use a bios upgrade - check here:

Sometimes you just need to burn at a slower speed.

I don't have the speed problem. Mine is maxed out at 4x.

it did alright today
