Ok i have a question: How do i get rid of this crap program. I have tried to uninstall it but cannot. It is a waste of time and space on my computer. Nreo seems to work so much better. Thanks for any help

If you can, a system restore is your best option. Otherwise you'll need to wait for someone to help you with all the registry details cuz I ain't that good.

you can't get rid of it , because it asks for a cd. You don't have the cd , because it is illigall. Just delete the directory called adaptec (c:\program files\adaptec) then delete all the files in regedit. Simple isn't it.😀

Also, delete the directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adaptec Shared.
