Round Edges

For the edges of signature and avatars, how do you make them rounded off ?

If you are using paint shop or similar there should be something in there. Might be some sort of changes you can make to buttonise.

because im using adobe photoshop 7.0, thats why i asked, cause i know how to do it in paintshop pro, but thanks for your help !
