RIP Billy "Wicked" Wilson

I have been informed by his family that Billy "Wicked" Wilson passed away at 9:50pm MST today (March 14). His family was by his side. He was 33 years old. He is survived by his son Dax and his ex-wife Aimee.

Many of us here at GamingGroove were privileged to know him as a friend, and I speak for all of us when I say that his family has our deepest, heart-felt condolences for their loss. Their loss is our loss. And the world of gaming news will never be the same...

Damn shame, as his querky humour when he first started Voodooextreme was an inspiration to the way I like to post my news and while I wasn't one of his devouted fans was always a vistor until his partners stole his domain name and he was forced to start a different site. Rest in peace.
