Right-Click Context Menu filled with empty slots?

How do I fix this problem? Anyone ever encounter this?

umm... what browser are you using?

I would say that is a browser issue. Or it is a theme issue with the particular browser you are using.

Or shell extensions are messed up.

Using FireFox 3.0.7 with Windows Vista. Default theme, no shell extensions.

Weird huh...

Actually I didn't try the obvious, I'll disable all my plug-ins and test them one by one.
