Resource Monitor?

I've noticed by looking at some of the themes that people have created that many of you have a resource monitor (?) on your task bar. It's not Task manager minimized, and I was just wondering what it is, and where I can download one? Thanks in advance.

you need 'cool mon'.

If you also get MotherboardMonitor5 you can link it to display CPU temperatures.

Got both, didn't like, and/or didn't work. Any other suggestions?
