Repair sytem files

Sorry about this, its been covered here but I cant find it :(

There is a command line that you can run which repairs your protected sytem files...... I think its something like sysrep????

can any one advise.

thanks ... I tried it. A box just flashes up and whooossh gone?

I am sure it used to scan all the files :confused:
