Removing Windows Explorer Icons

Right, Windows XP SP1 using the uxtheme.dll patch i have the simple theme i want but now i want to remove all the icons in Windows Explorer (e.g Back, Forward, Search, History, Folders etc.) and replace them with simple text. the same text that is used for File, Edit menus. Any ideas on how i can do this?

One way is to edit explorer.exe using a resource editor.
