Hello, i have Linux Mandrake 9 and i have decided to unintall it. When i re-format the drive, the Linux Partition area is still there. would like the Hard Drive to go back to become one full partition again rather than having 2 or 3.. is there i anything i can do to delete the linux partitions? Ive tried the FDISK, but that way couldnt delete the partitions (something to do with couldnt find partition, couldnt remove partition because of logical drive. etc.)... is there any WORKING way of removing it? I really need your help because its really starting to bug me (just spent 4hours tryin to sort it).. thank you for your time :(

Sincerly Alex:(

start > run > %SystemRoot%\system32\compmgmt.msc /s

Double Click 'Storage'
Double Click 'Disk Management (local)'

you should have all your partitions now shown at the bottom, locate the linux one and delete/format/do whatever you wish with it.

%SystemRoot%\system32\compmgmt.msc /s should all be on one line... dont know why this keeps happening.

remember you have to remove the existing partitions with fdisk and delete non-dos partitions then make 1 partition.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
