Removing identities for web page logon

When I go to a web site requiring a username and password, and the Alert box pops up asking for these, I can click on the arrow next to the user name, and see a few of the ones I have previously input. I don't want these there, or at least I'd like to know how to get rid of them. Any ideas? This may not be an XP problem, but an IE problem. Thanks.

In IE:

Tools->Internet Options->Content Tab->AutoComplete Button

Press "Clear Passwords" That should clear any stored username/passwords. Also try clearing Cookies, Temp Internet Files, and History if that button doesnt clear it.

Thanks for the reply. However, that was the first thing I tried, to no avail. I believe that I used the unwanted username to log into MSN's website, but I don't want it to be seen. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Also try this:

Control Panel->User Accounts->your username

On the left bar select "Manage My Network Passwords"

See if they are in there and remove them

Any of the SP crew still out there?
