I found this somewhere around google:
You can stop the program from loading by going to Start|Run, typing msconfig and clicking OK. On the Startup tab uncheck its entry and it won't try to load. To remove the listing from the Startup tab, if you have uninstalled the program, open the registry editor (Start|Run, type regedit and OK) and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run-
.

Not my words , but give it a go . just be careful if you plan to play around with the registry!
