How can I remove the annoying arrow found in the corner of shortcuts?

Nooooo!

I just used it to get rid of the arrows and it reset all the icon layout on my desktop 🙁

Is there a registry way of removing the arrow so if I need to do it on another machine in the future I dont have to use Tweak UI?
