Remote Assistance?

Can't figure out why, when trying to connect using 'remote assistance', that PC.1 can accept the invitation from PC2 and connection is made, however reverse the invitation and can't connect...

Which PC. needs reconfiguring...PC.1 or PC.2?

PC.1 is 56k - PC.2 is cable, both running XP. Pro.

Any help would be appreciated.

Its really hard to answer this question, due to firewalls routers, IP addresses etc ....
