Remember when I cracked my iPod screen?

Well I've only gone and done it again, I bought an iPod Touch 4g in May and this afternoon I dropped in on my way home from work. It hit the concrete path & cracked the screen at the bottom, I've only had it 3 months :suprised::cry:

It doesn't cover broken screens, gonna cost me about £70 to have it replaced.

I don't think that would have helped cause it hit with some force :cry:

to crack those screens you need to actively throw them at the floor or have it land perfectly on a corner when the glass is weakest. Otherwise its near unbreakable.

Thats exactly what happened, last time I broke an ipod touch it hit and shattered the upper the upper right corner on stone steps, this time it's the bottom left corner on uneven paving slabs :cry:

After looking round for a trustworthy place to get it fixed I've realised it happens it too a lot of people and it's not just me. I'm going to start taking it outside wrapped in bubble wrap or cotton wool

Putting it in a case with shock springs would be better.
