Ahh, I remember this, there was a .inf file somewhere in the disk that u had to edit to do this. Man im trying to remember it, umm umm, Ill get back to u, ima do some searching in my hard drive:confused:

Just so Im sure, what programs exactly are u trying to get rid off?

navigate to C:\WINDOWS\inf\sysoc.inf
and edit the file with Notepad and remove all instances of Hide

What he said, Altho i think u gotta unhide that file using the control panel folder option thingy:)

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
