registry robot problem

Hi, I have downloaded this program twice now in an effort to
install it, each time I do when I open the program there is a
alert saying "The program needs "midas.dll" for it to operate
please install Registry Robot again" I have searched the drive
where I have XP Home installed for midas.dll and its there in
windows/system32 folder.
Has anyone had this problem or can help with this.

Hi, Yes sorry Iceman38 I forgot to mention I did try want you
said but no joy, cant find a dll item in the program, placed the
midas.dll in where the program placed the files ( program files )
before I started the program, but still got the same message.
any further help would be most appreciated.
